Shipping

We ship orders on business days, Monday through Friday. Orders received on Saturday, Sunday or a holiday will be processed on the next business day.

Most orders (other than custom diaper cakes and gift baskets) will ship out the within three (3) business days from date of purchase. Custom Diaper Cakes and Gift Baskets usually are constructed after your order is placed so these items can take 7-14 business days to be completed before being shipped. This time can vary depending on availability of items being added to your gift. Please note that shipping time is added to this time so please be sure to order early so your gift will arrive in time for your event.

We do our best to protect your diaper cake or gift basket with the highest quality shipping materials and pack each creation with the utmost care so it will arrive to you in perfect condition.

We reserve the right to choose the best possible shipping carrier for an order and we may ship using USPS, FedEx or UPS. Once the carrier receives the package and it is in transit, we are not responsible or liable for that package if it is lost, stolen or mis-delivered. Some carriers may leave packages with neighbors, on your front steps or in front of garage doors. It is the shipping carrier's decision as to the safety of a delivery location.

Most products have FREE standard shipping. Please see individual product pages for details.

Expedited shipping is also available and costs will be determined based on location. If you would like to upgrade your shipping please call us at 201-614-GIFT (4438) to ensure your gift arrives on time.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an e-mail containing a tracking number which will allow you to track your order. Some items ship separately so you may receive multiple e-mails with more than one tracking number.

Depending on your location, it can take 2-10 business days for your package to arrive from the shipment date. We are not responsible for shipping delays due to inclement weather or carrier issues.

We ship within the lower 48 United States only. We cannot ship to P.O. Boxes.

Customer Notifications

If we foresee a problem with or have questions about your order we will attempt to contact you as soon as possible. We suggest that you provide accurate contact information with your order including a phone number and e-mail address. We will use both methods to contact you regarding any orders in question, including but not limited to, product substitutions for sold out items, back orders and other situations that are beyond our control.

Substitutions

Photos may show items that are seasonal or no longer available. We reserve the right to replace items with another of equal or greater value based on availability. Ribbon colors may vary. Prints and patterns may vary.

Local Pickup or Delivery (Custom Diaper Cakes and Gift Baskets Only)

If you are local to the Bergen County New Jersey area you can pick up your order. We can also make local deliveries within Bergen County. Additional fees will apply for delivery. Please contact us to make arrangements.

Damages

In the unlikely event that your item has been damaged during shipping, please let us know immediately. After you notify us you would need to send us a digital photo of the item as well as the shipping box. If the item is deemed unusable and needs to be returned, we will issue a Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA) with instructions. We will file a claim with the shipping carrier and either issue a replacement item or issue store credit.

Address Errors

If we are unable to deliver your order due to an incorrect address, the order will be returned to us. The customer is responsible for providing an accurate shipping address for all orders. We cannot issue refunds for an incorrect shipping address if you leave out an apartment or building number that is necessary for delivery. Charges for reshipping are the responsibility of the customer.

Hospital Deliveries

Deliveries to hospitals are not recommended. These shipments typically go to a general receiving department before being routed internally to patients’ rooms. Therefore, we cannot guarantee delivery to hospitals and no refunds will be issued if the patient is released and the package is undeliverable.

Payments

We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, Apple Pay, Google Pay and PayPal.

As Your Baby Grows is a division of Marton Enterprises. Your credit card statement or PayPal invoice/receipt will read Marton Enterprises.

Sales Tax

For all orders shipped or delivered within the State of New Jersey, 6.625% sales tax will be added to your purchase.

Refunds

Your satisfaction is extremely important to us. If not completely satisfied with your order for any reason (with the exception of personalized items, diaper cakes and gift baskets), you may return it to us within 7 days of receipt of your package. The item(s) must be in new condition, unused and in original packaging material. Please follow the guidelines below.

Please notify us right away to request a "Return Merchandise Authorization” (RMA) number and return instructions. You must provide a specific reason for the return.

All returns must be accompanied by an RMA and no return will be accepted without one. All returns must be received by us within 7 days of receipt of your package. There will be a 25% restocking fee deducted from your purchase price for all returns.

Please use proper care when repackaging items for return. We cannot issue refunds if merchandise arrives back to us in a condition that cannot be resold or considered new. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend you use a carrier that provides tracking information. The address for all returns is 82 Arnot Place, Paramus, New Jersey 07652.

In order to receive a refund all returns must be made by the actual purchaser of the gift as we cannot accept returns from gift recipients. A refund will be made to the original credit card used at the time of purchase once we have received and approved the return.

Please allow 5-7 days after receipt and inspection of the returned items for proper credit. As Your Baby Grows reserves the right to refuse any returns upon final review if any of our return policy guidelines have not been met.

Personalized Items

All personalized items require 5 to 7 business days for processing.

We do not offer refunds on personalized items as they cannot be resold. Please be sure to check the spelling, color and size before you place your order as items that have errors due to a personalization mistake will not be accepted for a refund or exchange.

Personalized items may only be returned if they are defective, or we have made an error in spelling, color or size. These items will be fixed or replaced.

Diaper Cakes and Gift Baskets

We do not offer refunds on diaper cakes or gift baskets since these are hand-made items and considered to be custom made gifts.

Custom Orders

Once an order is placed for a custom made gift we will send you an invoice.  Full payment is due before we begin to design your diaper cake or gift basket.

It is the customer's responsibility to order allowing sufficient time to create and ship your item so the diaper cake or gift basket arrives in time for baby showers or other events as we do not guarantee date specific delivery.

Rush Orders

There will be an additional $15 fee for design and construction of custom cakes or baskets needed in less than 7 days.  Expedited shipping fees will also apply.  Your order will be given priority status.  If you need your order in a rush, please contact us at 201-614-GIFT (4438).
